Q: Where's my order?

A: Once an order is placed, please allow up to 4 working days for your item(s) to be handcrafted and shipped. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email on the day your item leaves the studio. These do have a tendency to end up in junk folders!

If you've selected Standard UK Shipping, your item should arrive 3-7 days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

If you've paid for Express Shipping, you can expect to receive your item within 1-2 working days of placing your order.

If you're outside of the UK, you'll receive a Royal Mail tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, so you can track it's journey to you. 


Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A: I hope you love your CTL purchase, but if you find an item isn't right for you, I can accept unworn pieces in the same condition they were sold in, posted in a securely wrapped parcel, within 14 days of purchase. I can only take responsibility for the item once it is back in my care, so I would advise getting a proof of postage. Just email hello@cirquethelabel.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.


Q: Will an item be back in stock?

A: Each accessory at Cirque The Label is made from vintage or remnant fabrics, so each style has very limited units. Once a style has sold out, she's gone forever, so you're best to snap her up while she's still here.


Q: How Do I use my discount code?

A: This can be added at the checkout to apply discount to your cart. 


Q: Can I amend my order?

A: You can email hello@cirquethelabel.com and I'll respond as soon as possible to try and amend your order.
